Host of Hawkeye in the Morning, Mark “Hawkeye” Louis is DFW’s longest running morning show host on the FM dial. He is a member of the Country Radio Hall of Fame, winner of the Billboard Magazine, The Country Music Association’s Radio Personality of the Year and the Academy of Country Music’s Air Personality of the Year. He is a member of the Texas Radio Hall of Fame and has been honored by the city of Fort Worth for his 25 year Camp Bowie Boulevard Tree Planting Project.
He’s also an avid supporter of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Cook Children’s and their summer camp for cancer patients, Camp Sanguinity. He is also on the Board of Directors of the non profit BMW Dallas Marathon.
Hawkeye has written a number of books including the critically acclaimed novel The Travis Club
Mark, his wife Madelyn and his family spend their spare time enjoying concerts, traveling and fixing up their 70 year old home near White Rock Lake.
