Dierks Bentley has had enough of his smart phone! In fact he’s decided to take a little “vacation” from his iPhone and revert back to the basics of communication.
According to his Instagram, he says that while he’s amazed at how much he can do with his smartphone, he’s also astonished at how addictive the device can be. He says, “It sometimes feels like the never ending blitzkrieg of news, info, etc. is sucking any intelligent thought out of my brain…and there isn’t too much in there to begin with!”
So now instead of using his smartphone, he’s going back to the basics, with a pen, paper, camera, books, and even a typewriter.
