There were a lot of Carrie Underwood fans in the house Sunday (4/29) as she belted out the national anthem at a Nashville Predators game, but her biggest champion was probably her son, Isaiah. Carrie took to Instagram on Monday night (4/30), sharing an adorable video of Isaiah jumping up and down in excitement as she put an exclamation point on her anthem rendition.
In the caption, Underwood said Isaiah doesn’t really get to see her sing because he’s usually in bed before she goes on stage, but this time he was there a little early to see his dad, Mike Fisher, play hockey. She wrote, “As a child, I wanted nothing more than to make my parents proud of me…and now, as a mother, I want to make my child proud.”
