Cole Swindell gave a young fan the surprise of a lifetime the other night.

Grayson Zreman, who was at the concert celebrating his 13th birthday, was invited on stage, by Cole Swindell himself.  After being introduced to the audience, Swindell asked “Before we do our last song, do y’all mind singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to these two guys?  Y’all ready? On three, let’s give him one happy birthday.”, at which point the audience, along with Swindell sang Happy Birthday with the boy.

The story is touching because for the past 6 years, Grayson had been battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma. According to his YouTube channel his health seems to have vastly improved.
