Toby Keith is back with another hit, “Wacky Tobaccy”!  In fact, the music video for the song, which just dropped on Friday (6-23), has Toby’s longtime friend, and country music legend Willie Nelson in it.  The video even takes place on Willie Nelson’s tour bus!
