The Associated Press is reporting that Dallas prosecutors will present the family violence case against NFL quarterback and former Aggie, Johnny Manziel to a grand jury this week.

A spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney said the case will be presented Thursday, with a likely decision announced Monday. Manziel is accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley back in January.  Crowley said in court records that Johnny Manziel dragged her back into a car as she was trying to escape him, then hit her so hard that she temporarily lost hearing in one ear.
