In an effort to make sure kids who couldn’t participate in Trick-Or-Treating, could still dress the part for Halloween, parents and volunteers in the NICU unit at Parkland Hospital in Dallas made costumes for all of the little patients. Every child received a very special costume from rainbow emojis, to Peanut Butter and Jelly and more.
