Well I mean, he could’ve had he continued an NFL Career and had the Cowboys drafted him (wishful thinking). He was a REALLY good football player in college. Check out the highlights from his university, UAB. He even had a tryout with the Kansas City Chiefs. Sam was asked if he could give everything up (Country Music) for an NFL career, would he take it? He said nope!
