This is something the State Fair of Texas has been doing since 1992 but you may not be aware. State Fair of Texas Youth Scholarship Program has awarded scholarships to more than 1,800 students for a total of more than $8.7 million.
Please share and pass this along to all seniors you may know that could be eligible – it’s not too late to submit your applications online! The State Fair of Texas wants to ensure all eligible high school seniors get the chance to apply for its college scholarship opportunities. To give students more time to finish their applications, the Fair is extending the deadline to Wednesday, February 22, 2017.
All applications must be submitted online by Wednesday, February 22 at 11:59 p.m. CST. A link to apply, along with more details on the program, is available at BigTex.com/scholarship.
