Any workout is gonna hurt, for sure. However, Carrie says that anytime she’s in LA she’s at Barry’s Bootcamp (her favorite workout place) and it kicks her butt.
Maybe you’ve heard of it. I had to search for some of these workouts myself and see what all the rave was about. Here ya have a few you may wanna try. Apparently, Jenny McCarthy also does Barry Bootcamp cause here was one video about having her legs too. Many more workouts are available on YoutTube
